You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of our Services would be prohibited or restricted by law. Our Services are not available to residents of:

- Any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions

4. Trading Services
4.1 Services Provided
We provide online trading services for:
- Foreign exchange (Forex) currency pairs
- Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on indices
- CFDs on commodities
- CFDs on cryptocurrencies
- CFDs on stocks and shares
4.2 Order Execution
We act as the counterparty to your trades. Orders are executed according to our Order Execution Policy, which is available on our website. We strive to execute orders at the best available price, but we do not guarantee execution at any specific price.
4.3 Leverage
We offer leveraged trading products. Leverage amplifies both potential profits and losses. The maximum leverage available depends on:

4.4 Margin Requirements

5. Fees and Charges

You may incur the following costs when trading:
- Spreads: The difference between bid and ask prices
- Commissions: Per-trade fees on certain account types
- Swap/Rollover Fees: Overnight financing charges for positions held past market close
- Currency Conversion Fees: When trading in a currency different from your account currency
5.2 Non-Trading Fees
Additional fees may apply:
- Deposit Fees: Generally free, but third-party charges may apply
- Withdrawal Fees: As specified in our fee schedule
- Inactivity Fee: May apply to dormant accounts after 12 months of inactivity
- Account Maintenance: Generally free for active accounts

5.4 Third-Party Charges
You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or other third parties in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

- Proprietary trading tools and indicators
are owned by or licensed to MSSA Global Multi-Asset Strategy and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- The fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
- $1,000 USD
9.4 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MSSA Global Multi-Asset Strategy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or transmit through our Services
- Your trading activities and decisions
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by:
- Closing all open positions
- Withdrawing your available funds
- Submitting a written account closure request
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You breach these Terms
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
- You fail to provide requested documentation
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
11.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- All open positions may be closed at current market prices
- Any outstanding fees will become immediately due
- Remaining funds will be returned after deducting any amounts owed
- Your access to our Services will be revoked
11.4 Survival
Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Seychelles, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.
13.2 Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint:

- Include your account number, description of the issue, and desired resolution
- We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
- We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days
13.3 Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Seychelles International Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
13.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
